Realmont Property Partners is pleased to announce the acquisition of 72 Christie Street St Leonards for approximately $155 million. Realmont acted as the acquisition and due diligence service provider for a listed off-shore client.

72 Christie Street comprises a prominent A-grade commercial office building in the Sydney metropolitan location of St Leonards. The building has an upper ground entrance lobby from its Christie Street frontages with internal café and office accommodation. The building comprises lower ground, upper ground plus 6 upper levels and basement car parking for 222 vehicles.

The building was extensively refurbished in 2018, is leased entirely to Mastercard and enjoys a WALE of 9.4 years. The asset benefits from a substantial site area of 2,815 sqm, providing potential alternate mixed use development option at expiry of the current lease.
