Realmont Property Partners is pleased to announce the acquisition of Woden Centre, 20 Bradley Street, Phillip ACT. Realmont acted as the acquisition and due diligence service provider for a domestic not-for-profit client.

Woden Centre is prominently located in the Woden Town Centre in Phillip, ACT and comprises two levels of retail and two upper levels of commercial office suites. The building was completed in 1976 and more recently enhanced in 2012 and 2016/17 with facade, entrance lobby and amenities upgrades and on-floor refurbishment.

Woden Centre is situated on a 732 sqm site in a prime corner position with lower ground level frontage to the bus interchange on Bradley Street and upper ground level frontage to Woden Plaza. Westfield Shoppingtown adjoins to the southern elevation with an entrance to the shopping centre adjacent to the upper ground level retail. Longer term mix-use redevelopment potential has been identified at this site.
