Through Realmont Direct, if you are a complying wholesale investor you can access a range of Realmont syndicated investment opportunities for as little as $50,000.
These investment vehicles are typically closed term structures of 5 to 7 years targeting:
Core real estate assets delivering strong distributions with some capital value appreciation, or
Higher return strategies more aligned to strong capital appreciation over the duration of the investment period.

To be eligible to participate in Realmont Direct products, investors must qualify as a Wholesale Investor as defined by the Corporations Act. Realmont Direct will offer products via an unregistered Information Memorandum which can be made available to investors directly or through their wealth managers / financial advisors.

When we secure a new investment opportunity we provide a summary to our investor database. At the end of the due diligence period we issue an Information Memorandum which includes full details on the asset, investment terms and application details for interested investors.

The minimum investment in each new vehicle is typically $50,000. Our investment products are only available to eligible wholesale investors who meet specific criteria that are explained in our Information Memorandum. Realmont typically provide access to two investment risk/return profiles:
• core cash-flowing investments which provide strong distributions to investors often between 6% and 7% per annum paid quarterly, and
• higher return investments which provide some level of distribution and which target strong double-digit total returns over the term of the investment
Realmont has a track record of sourcing and delivering returns across both these types of investment strategies

Our investment products typically target a 5-year term but may be as long as 7 years if the underlying business case for the asset requires a longer hold period. Where an opportunistic sale ahead of the intended hold period is identified it will be reviewed by us.
