Realmont Property Partners is pleased to be appointed as investment manager for 119 Charlotte Street, Brisbane on behalf of a significant domestic not-for-profit organisation.

119 Charlotte Street, Brisbane is a modern B-grade centrally located 12 level commercial office building completed in 2001. Positioned within the emerging Midtown Precinct, the property is a short walk to the retail, dining, and entertainment hubs of the CBD.

Realmont is most excited by the Cross River Rail infrastructure project, which will completely transform the precinct with the completion of the Albert Street Station, adjoining 119 Charlotte Street at its rear, located on the corners of Albert and Mary Streets.
