Realmont is pleased to announce the off-market acquisition of 200 Victoria Street, Carlton for $72 million on behalf of a separate account capital partner.

The property is a modern high-quality A-grade office building located at the northern edge of the Melbourne CBD, conveniently located to transport and new public infrastructure (State Library Station). The property is centrally located in the north of Melbourne’s CBD within the biomedical, education and innovation precinct of Carlton. This part of Melbourne’s CBD is dominated by major occupiers such as the University of Melbourne and RMIT University.

The building is of contemporary architectural design with strong environmental credentials including a 5.5-Star NABERS Energy rating and 6.0-Star Green Star (as built) rating, an integrated cogeneration plant, underfloor air-distribution and rainwater harvesting.
